Fantastic decorations, spacious and warm room, excellent breakfast, kind and helpful staff, great location for exploring.

Not one thing.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location by the small river added a charming touch to the overall experience. The staff provided excellent service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The in-room breakfast was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the special diet menus they offered. The hotel had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and unwind.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great location close to the heart of the village and a short walk to local restaurants. The breakfast was good quality with a variety of options including fresh fruit, yogurt and hot dishes. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed with nice pillows, perfect for a good night's sleep.

The hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, but many of the rooms have carpets that were badly stained and smelled like dog. WiFi barely worked, often cutting out or not working at all.

Spent a wonderful Easter break in a mountain hotel with exceptional service and delicious food. Our room had a breathtaking view of the forest and we were woken up by birds singing in the morning. the breakfast was varied and freshly prepared every day, including local products. Plus, we loved the fact that the hotel was located just a few meters from the center of the village so we could easily explore all its traditional houses and shops.

That the heating system in our room was a bit weak, but the hotel staff provided us with extra blankets and made sure we were comfortable. this did not dampen our amazing experience at the hotel, and we would definitely return.
